For the Dressing

cup
reduced-fat mayonnaise

tablespoons
buttermilk

tablespoons
sriracha
some like it hot!

apple cider vinegar

Salt and freshly ground pepper
For the Rest

about 6 cups green cabbage thinly sliced (or 1 package prepared slaw mix)

carrot
julienned (I used my julienne peeler)

orange, or yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced (I used a bit of each for added color)

cilantro leave
omit if you are not a fan of cilantro
Instructions
In a large bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients, taste and adjust for heat, then add the salad ingredients and toss until well combined.
Notes
Best if left to sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or so to allow the flavors to blend,
