1cupcherry tomatoesyou may cut into halves if desired
Fresh chive sprigsor thinly sliced green onion
Edible flowersif desired, optional
Dressing
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonwater
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
½teaspoonfinely minced fresh thyme
Salt and freshly ground pepperto taste (about ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper)
Instructions
Whisk all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Place greens in a large salad bowl; add dressing and toss. Place into a bowl and top with tomatoes, chives, and edible flowers, if using.
